local pinball repair.
I redesigned and launched Tip Top Pinball’s website, bringing its repair services, local coverage, service requests and on-location machine listings into one focused experience.

The work
Built around what customers need.
Tip Top Pinball repairs pinball and arcade machines around Richmond. I carried the project from the existing page through a new design, launch and continued maintenance.
Content & local search
Connect the business to its area.
I wrote service-area content for Henrico, Chesterfield and Ashland, added pages for games on location and machine sales, and configured the Google Business Profile.
Pinball Map integration
Help players find a place to play.
The on-location page brings venue addresses and machine lineups into the site, with machine names, manufacturers and years grouped by location. Players can see where Tip Top’s games are placed and follow an address link for directions.
Each venue links to its own listing on Pinball Map, and the page credits Pinball Map as the source of its lineup data. Those links give players a way to check the community listing as machines rotate.
Launch & upkeep
Support the site after launch.
I launched the website on its own domain and provide monthly maintenance. The site uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript on GitHub Pages, with Web3Forms handling service requests.
